At Deus Ex Machina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the shipment arrives at our warehouse.
